Download All Attachments

I've already had this app before and now keep getting the notification that I need to reactivate the app but the app itself isn't working, just showing this note all the time. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked all the permissions etc and it isn't showing the attachments in the different tickets I tried. Why doesn't it work?

Not only is this app a life-saver for anyone downloading multiple files per ticket, the developer (who isn't even charging for this!) was quick to respond when I brought up a recent issue. Gone are the days of having to go through the slow excruciating process of downloading each file one by one, thanks to Charles and his app. Thank you, Charles, you rock!
