如何安裝

Configuring LiveX AI Agent:

  • Go to the LiveX AI dashboard.
  • If you're not an existing user, create a free account at LiveX AI.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to publish your AI Agent.

  • After publishing, you'll receive a Agent ID. Paste the Agent ID in the installation page.

  • There's a tutorial video available, titled "How to build AI Agent in one-click", which can be watched here.

Installing the app:

  • Sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then click the Admin icon in the navigation bar.

  • Under APIs, add an API token. This token will be required when you proceed with the installation.

  • Under Apps, select Marketplace, then find the LiveX AI Reply app and click the tile.

  • On the LiveX AI Reply app page, click Install app in the upper-right corner.

  • On the installation page, provide the API token, Agent ID, Company Name, and Team Name.

  • Click Install.
