Getting Started
After installation, configure your Automox API credentials in the app settings. The initial device sync will begin automatically, making your endpoint inventory available within Zendesk tickets.
Data Handling & Privacy
This app syncs device information from Automox to Zendesk Custom Objects. Data transmitted includes device hostnames, operating systems, IP addresses, and compliance status. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. No data is stored outside of your Zendesk and Automox accounts. For more information, see the Automox Privacy Policy.

Installation
Install Automox Asset Management from the Zendesk Marketplace
Open any ticket to see the app in the sidebar
Enter your Automox API key and Organization ID
The app will begin syncing devices automatically
Usage
Once installed, the app appears in the ticket sidebar when viewing tickets. It automatically looks up devices associated with the ticket requester's email address.
