ConnectWise Control Remote Support

Integration doesn't work. No functional documentation for being able to install properly.

All the previous comments are true, but let me add that APP does not work. Tried to create multiple Zendesk support portals. All fail to activate the application. Sad, no support from Appdeveloper and/orZendesk they keep pointing fingers at each other, that other have to fix the issue. So no Zendesk no CW Control.

Totally agree with Jason - we'd use this if we could use it with Unattended sessions. We only use guest/ad-hoc type sessions about one percent of the time. Virtually all our tickets require us to connect to unattended sessions, which this app can't do. If it did, it'd be amazing and i'd give it five stars.

This could be a 5 star app if it allowed you to associate Unattended Access Sessions in Connectwise Control with Users in Zendesk. As is its only moderately useful if you're supporting clients that aren't already setup in with remote access in Connectwise Control.
