The difference in our Zendesk implementation before and after working with Billow is a stark one. Going into our project, we had many ideas we had in mind which we were looking to put in place, but there were many other suggestions which, our consultant, Daniel, brought to our attention as well. In addition to the original requests we had, we were able to build-out our system with integrations to a handful of other systems, and implement some additional tools to help optimize our environment. Through working with Billow, my team and I have been empowered to continue to work improvements on our system. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome of working with Billow. However, the cycle time for deliverables from Billow was much longer than expected. Too often it would take a week or longer for execution on an action item, which mounted up to a delay of about a month in our launch. This was frustrating.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE. This is the second time I have used Billow to build a Zendesk Help Center from scratch and once again the company has exceeded the expectations. Our new Help Center was launched before the (ambitious) deadline and in line with the quoted budget. Any feedback was quickly implemented and we could always rely on Billow's advice and swift help to make the most difficult requests come to life. All of this was complemented by a very personal approach - as if your friends were helping you build your website! I have no doubt that I will be using them again in the future.
Upon the decision to implement Zendesk at AHP, we chose Daniel and Billow as our partner/consultant and could not be happier with the support and guidance that we have received. Throughout the process of getting everything configured (Support, Guide, Chat, etc), Daniel was right there alongside to steer us in the right direction. From set-up and configuration, to workflows, to integration with our support partners the project went as smoothly as it possibly could go and the impact will be extremely positive for the entire organization. Daniel never hesitated to jump in and provide his expertise, steer us in a better direction when needed or work with others on our behalf to ensure the end result would be what we were looking for. We will continue to work with Billow as we explore every area where Zendesk can improve our client experience, and make our organization more efficient. I cannot recommend Daniel and Billow highly enough and as others have mentioned - it's hard not to think of them as part of our internal team.

Billow has come to the rescue! After miserably failing with a web development company, Billow built the backend of my website with Zendesk. Our project was unique and required some extensive customization. Dan (the Managing Partner of Billow) was super professional, responsive, and creative when attacking our issues. From tracking orders, customer management, and team collaboration, we have a product that I am BEYOND thrilled with. Billow has saved me a substantial amount of money (and headaches). I highly recommend using their services!
