The app will boost your agents' productivity by allowing them to change ticket status, group, or set custom fields of chat tickets without leaving the chat.
Within the Zendesk Chat interface, agents can:
Set custom fields, e.g., ticket Contact reason including values from multilevel dropdown lists
Assign ticket to any group
Specify ticket status, e.g., mark ticket as solved
App's configuration page lets you select what fields agents will be able to edit.
The app is only for Classic Zendesk Chat users with a standalone interface.
