Great AI Support app with 75%+ answer rate. Great control about the type of questions and answers given. Best support by the founders, really fast and helpful (although most of it works out of the box). Time to market possible within a day (and then gradually improving answers), no endless project or similar. I just can recommend!

Right out of the box with no changes to our documentation, My AskAI took us from a 23% deflection rate with Zendesk's built-in AI agent to 70%, and we're now at 80% thanks to the "Improve" feature which identified gaps in our knowledge base. Mike and Alex have been super-responsive for support and feature requests and the interface is intuitive and always improving. I'd highly recommend giving them a try!
