  • Ticket status

  • Due dates

  • Priorities

  • Internal notes (as comments)

  • Public replies (one-way only)

Users can then filter tickets by Tags, Ticket Types, and Assignee. You can also sync tickets automatically as a task, card, story based on criteria you determine.
