We’re enjoying this integration so far — it delivers intuitive and well-structured replies, and it’s been helpful for our support workflows. We're still assessing the actual time savings it provides in day-to-day operations. One area we'd love to see improved is the ability to seamlessly insert links to our FAQs within the responses. Overall, a promising tool with solid potential.

Support team is very helpful and responsive - we ran into questions during the trial and was able to get clear and quick answers from the team to unblock us and continue our evaluation. Really enjoy how lightweight this is within Zendesk itself vs other more intrusive tools, our agents can choose to use it when it suits then rather than being forced to use it or turn it off entirely.

Very impressed! AI integration for Zendesk has certainly come a long way and Macha seems to set the standard for now. This will for sure save lot of time in our support team and lead to more fulfilling answers to our customers.

We have started using Macha one week ago for our Zendesk support and we can see the first uplifts. The team enjoys using it, the answers are generated quick and easy. Efficiency has gone up during the initial testing week so we hope to see even more increases here in the future. Good to have Macros and the knowledge base quite up to date so that the generated answers are even better.
