Due Date Alert

Calculate number of business days up to the due date in the custom field upon opening the ticket, and show alert if calculated days are less than or equal to entered number in the setting.By default, calculation is based on regular calendar with weekends and holidays. Custom schedule can be used by entering Schedule ID in the setting.

Setting:

1.Enter field ID of Date custom field.

2.Set number of dates for triggering the alert.

3.Enter text to be displayed in the alert.

4.Enter Schedule ID (Optional)

5.Add a check to the checkbox to show alert only when comment is public. (Optional)
