⚠️ This integration depends on the Creomate WebAPI component running on your 3CX server.To install it, ensure you have shell (SSH) access to your 3CX instance.
Connect your 3CX to Zendesk using most of the features provided by the Zendesk CTI.

Data Handling & Privacy
Transfers call infromation between 3CX and Zendesk; App searches for existing caller ids and related tickets to assign incoming calls.
Data stored: Caller ids, call records and summaries/transcripts.
Retention of all data - 14 days.
Secure backend processing; access restricted to required integration permissions.

You will need 3CX server root access and admin skills to install 3CX WebAPI add-on
Configuration steps
Detailed installation guide is here
- Click Install and complete the installation process. You can use a NOCC code to skip credit card entry.
- Log in to the 3CX Debian or Windows server. Follow the guidelines to install the Creomate WebAPI add-on (Free trial).
In Zendesk Support, click the sidebar app icon.
Authenticate the app so it can access Zendesk.
- Enter your 3CX URL, e.g. https://yourcompany.3cx.us:5000
- Paste the token from webapi/AuthKeys.csv
- Copy and paste configuration file lines into the [webhooks] section of TCXWebAPI.ini file and restart the WebAPI service.
- Click Verify
Map Zendesk users to 3CX extensions.
- Check the settings and press the Save button to complete the configuration.
