App work perfectly as I want! This app exports all tickets for me, including archived tickets! The support team is good too!

Love love love this app! Saves me so much time searching for specific items and I don't need to remember specific keys to use for a specific search unlike the native search in Zendesk. Exporting is the icing on the cake!

Easy to install. Great tool for searching on custom fields and then exporting. Highly recommend!
