Additionally, Sorin's dedicated, hands-on support and expert troubleshooting throughout the process were outstanding and greatly contributed to a seamless experience.

Works exactly as advertised, very easy way to manage ticket attachments to make sure we are compliant. Zendesk storage is fairly limited and very costly too so the cost of this app is definitely very reasonable. The few times I've had to contact support for help they've been incredibly helpful too. Definitely recommend using it!

Have used Swifteq for a while. The app is great and it's always a pleasure working with Sorin. Working in the computer hardware industry we receive and send lots of tickets with large attachments (photos and videos) and our account storage runs out very quickly - storage is costly so the app is a fantastic way remove and redact media from tickets we no longer require.

The bulk attachment process was extremely simple to use and ensured we could reduce the additional storage units we were paying Zendesk for. Absolutely would recommend using it!
