We are required to have our help center in French as well as English. Even though we have a French speaker on staff who handles the rest of our translations, tackling the whole help center seemed daunting. This app saved so much time and was really pretty accurate. Instead of handling the entire translation process, we were able to utilize this app and have our French speaker do quick read-throughs for anything that might need to be adjusted, saving a lot of time and energy.

Translating Japanese articles into English ones works very well. I tried another zendesk app for the same translation but this one is much easier to understand and use!
