About this app

Our Zendesk integration makes it possible to automatically display tickets from Zendesk when you receive calls. The integration looks up tickets in Zendesk where the customer's phone number is listed. This gives you easy access to relevant and up-to-date information about your customers when they call in.

Data handling: The integration retrieves ticket information from your Zendesk account only at the moment of an incoming call and uses it solely to display the matching ticket to the agent receiving the call. Ticket content is not stored on Relatel servers, and no customer data is shared with third parties. Access to the integration is restricted to authenticated Relatel users within your organization, and OAuth access can be revoked at any time from your Zendesk admin panel.
