About this app
Monchart turns your Zendesk ticket data into clean, embeddable charts in seconds — right from your Support top bar.
Metrics available:
Ticket Volume (7d / 30d / 90d)
Resolution Time (average hours to close)
Tickets by Status (new, open, pending, on-hold, solved, closed)
Agent Performance (top 10 agents by ticket volume; anonymized by default, real names optional)
Tickets by Channel (email, web, voice, chat, API, messaging, and more)
Customer Satisfaction / CSAT (satisfied vs. dissatisfied vs. awaiting reply)
Tickets by Priority (urgent, high, normal, low)
Tickets by Group/Team (volume per support group)
Custom Field Distribution (visualize any dropdown, checkbox, or multi-select field your account defines)
Tickets by Form (volume per ticket form / request type)
Custom fields: Monchart reads your account's active custom ticket fields via the Ticket Fields API and lets you pick any dropdown, checkbox, or multi-select field to visualize. Custom field values are not stored — data is aggregated in-browser and only the aggregated counts are saved.
Agent names: By default agents are shown as Agent 1, Agent 2, etc. Admins can enable real names via the 'Show agent names' toggle — names are fetched live from Zendesk and are never stored.
How it works:
Open Monchart from your Zendesk Support top bar.
Choose a metric and time range.
A chart is created and accessible at a unique shareable link on monchart.com.
Embed it in Confluence, Notion, or any web page via iframe.
Data accessed: Monchart reads ticket data from your Zendesk account (ticket counts, statuses, resolution timestamps, assignee IDs, group IDs, priority, channel, satisfaction ratings, custom field values, and ticket form IDs). Custom field values, assignee IDs, and group/form names are used only for in-browser aggregation and are never stored. No ticket content, customer PII, or private fields are stored.
Security: OAuth 2.0 access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All API communication is over HTTPS.

Open Monchart in your Zendesk Support top bar.
Click Publish on any chart to connect your Monchart account.
You will be redirected to authorize Monchart — log in or sign up free at monchart.com.
Once connected, your chart will be published to a shareable link.
