如何安裝
Requirements:
An active Netgsm account
A registered sender name on your Netgsm account
Setup Steps:
Click Install to add the Netgsm SMS app to your Zendesk account.
After installation, open any ticket or user profile in Zendesk Support.
Locate the Netgsm SMS panel in the sidebar.
Click the Settings tab, then click Connect and sign in with your Netgsm credentials to authorize the integration.
Once connected, select a sender name from the dropdown and start sending SMS messages.
