Helply Copilot helps support agents respond faster using your trained knowledge base. Get AI-powered reply suggestions, search your internal KB, and summarize ticket conversations.

Data disclosure: Helply Copilot for Zendesk runs as a Zendesk App Framework sidebar app. It accesses Zendesk ticket subject, description, comments, current draft reply text, Zendesk subdomain, and current agent name through ZAF. Relevant ticket and draft content is sent to Helply servers to provide AI-powered answer drafting, ticket summarization, translation, formatting, and knowledge-base search. Helply may process this data with third-party AI/model providers to deliver these features.

To get started, enter your Helply AI Agent ID. You can find your Agent ID in the URL when viewing your agent in Helply (e.g., /home/<account>/agents/<YOUR_AGENT_ID>).
