Weekly brings your full ecommerce operation into the Zendesk ticket sidebar — so support agents never need to leave a ticket to understand a customer.
For every ticket, Weekly automatically matches the requester to a customer profile and surfaces: order history with live AfterShip tracking, return and refund status, product inventory levels, payment requests (PayPal), and customer notes — all in one glanceable sidebar.

Weekly is a B2B ecommerce management platform for sellers on Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, and eBay.
Data disclosure & privacy
This app connects your Zendesk account to your own Weekly account. To match a ticket to a customer and display their order context, the app reads ticket data from Zendesk (requester name and email, ticket ID, subject, and tags) and sends it to Weekly's backend over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection.
Authentication uses Zendesk's global OAuth client with the refresh-token grant; access tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed to the browser or any third party.
Customer, order, returns, inventory, and payment data shown in the sidebar comes from your own Weekly account; no Zendesk customer data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or model training.
All application infrastructure and data processing are located in the EU (application and database in Germany; object storage and backups in a Cloudflare EU region).
Access to sensitive fields (pricing and financials) is gated per agent role.
You can disconnect Zendesk at any time from Weekly's settings, which deletes the stored OAuth credentials.

During installation, enter your Weekly tenant name — this is the part of your Weekly address before .weekapp.net (e.g. if your Weekly URL is acme.weekapp.net, enter 'acme'). Agents then sign in with their existing Weekly credentials directly from the sidebar.
