Asyntai adds an AI customer support agent to your Zendesk Messaging channels. Once installed, the bot answers your customers' questions instantly — 24/7, in 36 languages, automatically detected from the customer's message.

The AI uses your own website content, FAQs, and product information to give answers that actually reflect your business — not generic responses. Conversations carry context, so follow-up questions are handled naturally.

Asyntai works across the Zendesk Web Widget and any messaging channel you assign it to. Customize the bot's instructions, tone, and knowledge base from the Asyntai dashboard at any time.

如何安裝

  1. Click "Install" on this listing. You will be redirected to asyntai.com to start the connection.

  2. Sign in to your existing Asyntai account, or create a new free account in seconds (just email, password, and your website URL).

  3. Authorize Zendesk when prompted. This grants Asyntai access to your Zendesk Messaging conversations so it can read incoming messages and send replies.

  4. Asyntai automatically registers the required webhook with your Zendesk account. You will see a confirmation screen when the connection is complete.

  5. Assign Asyntai to a messaging channel:
    a. In Zendesk Admin Center, go to AI → AI agents → Other → Manage marketplace bots.
    b. Click "Asyntai AI Agent" in the list.
    c. Expand the Basics section.
    d. Under Channels, tick the channel you want Asyntai to handle (e.g. your Web Widget).
    e. Click Save.

  6. Test it: open your Web Widget (or the Test preview in Zendesk Admin) and send a message. Asyntai should reply within a few seconds.

  7. (Optional) Customize the AI's instructions, FAQs, and knowledge base from the Asyntai dashboard at https://asyntai.com/dashboard.
