This app helped us setup our call centre in UAE. Earlier we tried using Talk and found that Zendesk doesn't provide numbers in UAE. Their support team helped us in on-boarding and training without any extra cost. I will recommend them to provide a feature, where one can open contact profiles as and when we receive incoming calls.
