Getting Started with ClicData for Zendesk

  1. Sign up or log in to your ClicData account at https://app.clicdata.com

  2. Create a Zendesk connection:

    • Go to Main Menu > Tables & Views
    • Click Add New, then click Add New Connection
    • Select the Zendesk connector
    • Name your connection and go to the Authentication tab
    • Enter your Zendesk subdomain and click Authenticate

    • Follow the Zendesk authorization steps to grant access

    • Click Create to finalize

  3. Add your data:

    • Select from available data views: Tickets, Organizations, Satisfaction Ratings, SLA Policies, or Ticket Event Metrics

    • Name your table and configure optional settings (purge rules, error handling)

    • Verify the data in the Preview tab
    • Click Save to import

  4. Build dashboards: Use your Zendesk data to create interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics

  5. Automate refreshes: Set up a schedule to keep your Zendesk data automatically up to date
