About this app
About the developer
Help Center Linker is built and maintained by an independent developer who works hands-on with Zendesk support operations. The app was created to solve a real everyday problem: agents wasting time switching tabs and copy-pasting Help Center links into tickets. Learn more at https://cultivation.cc.cd/
What Help Center Linker does best
Help Center Linker brings your Help Center directly into the ticket editor, so agents can find and share the right article without ever leaving the ticket:
- Search in place - search Help Center articles by keyword right inside the ticket editor sidebar
- Preview before sharing - hover or click any result to preview the full article content, with safe HTML rendering
- One-click insert - insert a formatted article link into the ticket reply with a single click
- Localized results - automatically searches in the agent's Zendesk locale
- Easy browsing - paginated results with section names for quick orientation
Data disclosure
The app reads Help Center article data (titles, bodies, section names, URLs) via the Zendesk Help Center Search API, strictly in read-only mode.
The app reads the current agent's locale solely to return localized search results.
The app does not access, read, modify, or delete any ticket, user, or organization data.
The app does not store any customer data and does not transmit any data to third-party servers. All API requests are made through the Zendesk App Framework (ZAF) proxy to your own Zendesk Help Center, so customer data never leaves the Zendesk environment.
