Data access

This app runs entirely inside your Zendesk agent session. It reads triggers, automations, shared macros, custom fields, groups, and ticket forms via the standard Zendesk API in order to detect broken references between them. No data leaves your Zendesk account, no external servers are involved, and no API tokens are required — the app authenticates using the signed-in admin's existing session.

Requirements

The signed-in agent must have admin permissions, since the underlying business-rule and reference-data endpoints require admin access. Personal macros are excluded by design — only admin-managed shared macros are scanned.
