Instructions
Before Installation
Prior to installation, please obtain your Site ID and API token from the Auryc portal -> Project Settings -> Installation Guide -> Integration.
Installation
Find the Auryc App in the Zendesk App store and install the Auryc widget to your Zendesk account.
Enter your Site ID and API token obtained from the Auryc Portal.
(Optional) Enter the maximum number of matching sessions that you would like to see in the Limit field.
Click Update to save these settings.
Make sure the user’s email is sent to Auryc either as an identity or as the ‘email’ user property:- auryc.identify('abc@example.com')- auryc.addUserProperties({'email':'abc@example.com'});
