如何安裝
Log in to Zendesk as an admin, then click the "Admin" icon in the navigation panel.
Select Marketplace section, then find the “Iptelecom” app and click it.
On the IPTelecom app page, click Install in the upper-right corner. You will be presented with a web page.
The next page requires you to fill in a URL of your Zendesk domain.
Click Continue. The app installs to your Zendesk account.
Refresh your Zendesk page. The IPTelecom app icon shows at the top right hand corner.
Click the IPTelecom app icon. The login screen opens.
Log in with your IPTelecom HostedPBX Account.
The app is ready.
