Data Disclosure

This app accesses the client’s email address in order to identify the related customer record in the connected WHMCS instance.

For this purpose, the app sends the client's email address to the configured WHMCS endpoint together with the authentication data configured by the administrator for the integration, including a secure code and, if enabled, HTTP Basic Authentication credentials.

The app uses this data only to retrieve and display matching WHMCS customer information within the Zendesk sidebar, including customer details, products, domains, and due invoices.

The app does not independently store Zendesk user data or ticket data outside of Zendesk and the connected WHMCS service. Any storage, logging, or retention of data is subject to the customer's WHMCS environment, server configuration, and infrastructure.
