Support: Team, Professional, or Enterprise
Must create a Jamf Pro role with specific permissions (Assign users, Read accounts, Read/Update computers and mobile devices, Send remote commands)
Must create API client and generate client secret in Jamf Pro

Create API client and role in Jamf Pro
In Zendesk Admin Center, go to IT assets > Assets > Overview OR Apps and integrations > Actions > Action flows
Click "Sync computer/mobile details from Jamf Pro" or connect via External actions
Enter Jamf Pro server URL, Client ID, and Client secret
Click Allow connection
