Prisma

Prisma is a playful 3D Help Center theme: extruded keycap buttons that press down, slab cards that tilt in perspective on hover, coloured 3D icon blocks and an isometric cube built in pure CSS. Motion respects reduced-motion settings. Bold, friendly and memorable.

What makes it different

A hero with an isometric CSS cube and slabs (decorative, hidden from screen readers). Keycap buttons and a search field that press down on click. Extruded topic slabs with coloured 3D icon blocks and a perspective tilt on hover. Numbered popular-article slabs. A violet call-to-action slab with a yellow keycap button.

Included

Fully responsive, verified without horizontal overflow at 390px on home, category, section, article and search pages. Accessible by design: WCAG AA text contrast on default colours, visible focus rings, skip link and reduced-motion support (the cube, float and tilt animations switch off). All Help Center templates are included: home, category, section, article, search, requests, new request, community, profile, service catalog and approvals. Colours, logo and favicon are editable in the Theming Center. Fonts are self-hosted (no Google Fonts request). No extra JavaScript: the design is pure CSS on top of the standard Help Center scripts.

Languages and RTL

Theme settings are translated in all 37 Help Center locales shipped with the theme. Theme-specific copy is translated for English, Portuguese and Spanish and falls back to English in other locales. Right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew are supported: the layout mirrors using logical CSS properties.

Installation

In Guide admin, open Customize design and import the theme zip. Set your logo and colours in the Theming Center, then publish.

Credits

Built on Zendesk's open-source Copenhagen theme (Apache-2.0) for form and workflow functionality. The minified bundles in the assets folder come from that theme (version 4.51.4); unminified source: https://github.com/zendesk/copenhagen_theme. Design, layouts and styling are original. Fonts under the SIL Open Font License.
