Zendesk Chatbot by IntegrateCloud adds an AI assistant directly in the ticket sidebar. Train the bot on your website or documentation URLs, then ask questions and get instant answers with source links—helping agents resolve tickets faster.

Data Disclosure:This app processes data by crawling the URLs provided by the administrator. Text content from these URLs is sent to the user-configured backend URL for embedding and indexing. During chat interactions, agent queries are sent to the configured backend to retrieve relevant answers. No data is stored by IntegrateCloud; all information resides within your specified infrastructure and Zendesk environment.

Click Install. In the ticket sidebar, open the app and enter your Chatbot backend URL in app settings. Use 'Train Bot' to add website URLs and index your data, then use 'Chat Bot' to ask questions. Ensure your backend is running on an HTTPS-enabled server and is reachable from Zendesk.
