Ticket views, for power users

SweetHawk's Power Views is an alternative to the built-in views page. Organise views into folders, edit them live and watch the results change as you type, and bulk edit anything from two tickets to the whole view.

The app runs entirely inside Zendesk using your own API access. There is no external service and nothing to configure.

Features

• Folders for views - organise personal and shared views into nested folders with drag and drop. The structure is shared with your whole team.
• Live counts - every view shows its ticket count, plus how much it grew or shrank since you last looked. Pin favourites, filter the list and tuck inactive views away.
• Live view editing - edit conditions, columns, grouping and sorting right above the tickets and watch the list refresh as you type. Nothing is saved until you say so.
• Update or save as new - update the view in place, or save your variation as a new personal, group or shared view. Clone, activate, deactivate and delete are one click away.
• Built for volume - paginated loading, true server-side sorting, collapsible groups, and highlights for tickets that changed since your last visit. Export to CSV anytime.
• Keyboard first - move, select, preview, edit and refresh without touching the mouse.
• Ticket quick view - peek at any ticket's fields, description and latest comments without leaving the list.
• Bulk edit anything - select tickets, ranges, groups or the entire view. Change any field including custom fields, add or remove tags, add a reply or note, apply a macro, or mark as spam.
• Fast and transparent - updates run in parallel batches with a live progress bar, a stop button and a per-ticket report of what succeeded and failed.
