About this app
This app allows importing and exporting of multiple macros at once. Exported macros will be in CSV format, which allows editing and sorting of multiple macros. Import allows creation of new macros as well as making modifications to existing macros by using the same macro IDs.

Import Macros to create new or overwrite with CSV.
Import can be done with exported CSV or a designated template.
Setting:
You may select parameters in the export tabs to filter which macros to export. Leave them blank to export all macros in the account.
Edit the CSV file as needed. Leave Macro IDs blank to add them as new macros. Otherwise, enter the correct Macro IDs to overwrite the existing macros. Other parameters in the CSV file must be entered correctly. Entering wrong Macro IDs, selection of inconsistent or non-existing values, and/or leaving required parameters blank will result in failure of import.
Select the CSV file in the Import tab and click Data Import. If the CSV file has an incorrect entry, an error message will be displayed and importing will be denied.

This app does not collect any data entered by users.
Data entered by users is stored within Zendesk.
Such data is stored and used only within Zendesk and is never stored outside of Zendesk.
Furthermore, no data is shared with any third parties.
The data is handled strictly within the scope necessary to provide the service and, unless explicitly disclosed, it is never used for unintended purposes such as training AI models.
Additionally, no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive data will be shared without user consent.

Click 'Install' on Zendesk Marketplace, then select your Zendesk account to proceed with the installation.
From Zendesk Admin Center, fill in required fields and click 'Install' to complete the setup.
Setting:
Enter the title of this app.
Set custom field title to be output on the first line of CSV file. (Optional)
Set role and group restrictions. (Optional)
Once installed, the app will be available on the sidebar.
