The app helped us improve our reporting. It allows us to separate unrelated issues within a single ticket, so we can ensure that the ticket root cause is accurate and our Explore reports now reflect them properly. Works out of the box, and it really helps that it preserves the original timestamps from the parent ticket when creating splits. This keeps the conversation history in proper chronological order. Makes a huge difference in clarity and context.

This app is very useful and solves two major problems below that other ticket split/ clone apps has! 1. Automatically sends a comment to the requester when the ticket is cloned or split. -> Split the ticket without any notification to the requester. 2. Changes the public comment to internal memo -> This app keeps the comment status. Excellent!!
