Perhaps most excitingly, since we started using Your AI Agent, our CSAT score has been consistently high, with a rating of 97%. This is an indicator that the app is having a positive impact on our customers' experience. While we've been thrilled with the Your AI Agent app's performance in writing ticket replies, I do have one suggestion for improvement. I would love to see an admin dashboard that would allow me to track usage in either units or cents. I recommend to test Your AI Agent if you are looking to optimize your customer support workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
