I have to say, I'm impressed. This app has been a game-changer for our support team, and we've seen significant improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction since we started using it. After a few days of testing, I made the app available to our agents, and while there was some initial skepticism, they quickly came to see it as an indispensable tool. The AI agent has allowed our agents to handle more tickets per day, and the decrease in handling time has been impressive. Perhaps most excitingly, since we started using Your AI Agent, our CSAT score has been consistently high, with a rating of 97%. This is an indicator that the app is having a positive impact on our customers' experience. While we've been thrilled with the Your AI Agent app's performance in writing ticket replies, I do have one suggestion for improvement. I would love to see an admin dashboard that would allow me to track usage in either units or cents. I recommend to test Your AI Agent if you are looking to optimize your customer support workflow and improve customer satisfaction. We're grateful for the impact it's had on our team and look forward to seeing the new features Infinite Hooray support told me about.

As a user who had early access to this app, I am thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. It has been a game-changer for our customer support team, enabling our agents to resolve customer queries faster and more accurately than ever before.
