This is one of the best teams to work with and the insights you will receive from QVasa are absolutely amazing and priceless! We started working with QVasa at the tail-end of 2024, at a time where we were only utilizing Zendesk for about 8 months, and weren't able to gain the insights we needed from Zendesk. Every metric we needed, they provided and their AI is a game-changer! The categorizations, the contact reasons, Inferred CSat/DSat- QVasa provides us with all the insight we need without us having to spend unnecessary time sorting through tickets to find relevant information to analyze. Our team is moving to Zendesk messaging soon, and I'm so excited to see all the data and insights we can pull using QVasa once we go live! The ability to share Dashboards is also incredible! We have VIP Clients that need insight in the amount of tickets their employees are submitting to our team, and we are now able to quickly pull that insight and share an external link to these clients so they can have visibility into what's being submitted WITH a short summary of the ticket included. Mind. Blown. 🤯 A POWERFUL tool with an incredible team behind it, I'm so happy we made the choice to work with QVasa.
We have only spent a few months so far with Qvasa, but boy are they a difference maker! Whatever metric one can dream up, they can provide. If it is not something they already have in production, they will build it for you! They are currently working to provide side conversation data for our customer service team and other pointed developments. Ovasa aids with some of the most important customer service concerns, such as threshold alerting and improving team performance, as well as AI, bots, and satisfaction analysis. They are pros at recognizing and promptly fixing problems before they even become apparent. Bobby, Amer, and Matt are extremely responsive, always involved, and offering suggestions for current and future strategies and requirements.
