We are very happy with the SimpleSAT integration, as it allows us to view our CSAT from different angles and gain a deeper understanding of customer satisfaction and trends related to our product. It’s always encouraging to see how responsive the tool provider is when it comes to individual needs and customization options. Thanks to this flexibility and the variety of available widgets, we’re able to track not only general CSAT but also more granular metrics—such as CSAT by car brand and CSAT per agent—which provide much deeper insights into our customers' experiences. Additionally, the tool’s design is very customer-friendly, with a visually appealing interface and intuitive icons. Since adopting SimpleSAT, the share of rated tickets has significantly increased compared to our previous solution. This is a simple-to-use tool and a valuable addition to our data analytics stack.

This is a fantastic integration and an essential tool for support teams! It allows real-time tracking of feedback on support quality using well-designed surveys. Our team was looking for a more customizable and personalized CSAT survey as the native Zendesk CSAT functionality is fairly basic and limited. Loved that our Clients can give us fair ratings using a 5 star rating system with SimpleSat! It encourages accurate, honest feedback! I have also enjoyed the email notification that comes over when a survey is submitted! It's nice to be in the loop with the general customer sentiment. I also feel the information provided in the dashboard is intuitive and easy to understand!
